In order to demonstrate their commitment to providing exceptional customer service and first class teaching they have pledged an alleigance to the TuitionCompare standard. This set of rules ensures the interests of all parties using our services are maintained to the highest level.

Our members are proud to be part of TuitionCompare.co.uk, every single member has agreed to uphold the Tuition Compare standard.

Tuition Compare members agree to:

  • Undergo ID checks to verify business authenticity
  • Be honest in all dealings with their customers
  • Inform customers about a child's progress from the tuition centre/management and/or the tutors
  • Inform customers regarding tutor qualifications
  • To meet expectations of 12 genuine reviews per year from existing/new customers which must be published for all to see on http://tuitioncompare.co.uk
  • Provide guidelines on the national curriculum for subjects your customers child was/or enrolled in
  • Return all Call back requests and Assessment Requests within 5 working days through TuitionCompare.co.uk
  • Inform all existing and new customers about the unique service offered by TuitionCompare.co.uk and encourage customers to post reviews on your centre
  • Deal with complaints promptly and professionally
  • Tuition centers agree to upload a minimum of two (2) pictures in their listing page. This could be your company logy or premises/learning environment.
  • Tuition centers agree to incorporate the Tuitioncompare e-logo on their leaflets, banners and website
  • All members agree to our privacy policy and terms and conditions (listed on our website)

 

Failure of not meeting the Tuition Compare standards will result in your account being removed from our website
